The total of the structures that make up the archaeological site of Moray correspond to the Pre-Inca and Inca era. Shaped by hills, natural depressions of various sizes, semicircular platforms and artificial plains, canals, two visible reservoirs in the south upper part with vestiges of channels, plus a spring eye which should possibly correspond to the hydraulic system of the agricultural complex of Moray.

Located in the province of Urubamba at 3300 m.a.s.l. from there you can appreciate the Cordillera Vilcanota and the snowy peaks: “The chikon” (5530 m.a.s.l.), “Putukisi”, “Veronica” (5682 m.a.s.l.). Today this picturesque village stores pre-Hispanic, colonial and republican attractives, highlighting colonial streets and doorways with coats of nobles and caciques of the XVII and XVIII centuries.
