The Inca citadel of Machu Picchu is located 130 kilometers north-west of Cusco, in the province of Urubamba, on the crest of the hill Machu Picchu.
It is now universally known for their imposing and original ruins, and its incomparable location on the edge of an abyss, at its bottom runs the stormy waters of the Urubamba River.

Itinerario
Pick up from hotel in Cusco and transfer to the train station of Ollantaytambo or Poroy station to board the train, then depart to the majestic city of Machu Picchu, travel time is about 2 hours and a half from Ollantaytambo and from Poroy three hours and a half, appreciating a diversity of natural landscapes according to ecological zones. In the afternoon return to the town of Aguas Calientes and take the train back to Cusco, Poroy train station (travel time of return is 4 hours) to Ollantaytambo in 2 hours and a half.
